Andrew Davis is an Associate Attorney in the Richmond Office that focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation and largely focuses on general liability defense; defending automobile accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and falls that occur on the premises of businesses. The cases that Andrew has worked on have resulted in many favorable outcomes for the clients of Frith Anderson + Peake. Prior to practicing law, during law school he was a dedicated student that made the Dean’s List. His strong work ethic continues to the present day as he has successfully worked on cases in General District Court, Circuit Court, and Federal Court in Virginia.
Andrew is from the Northern Neck of Virginia and for a large portion of his life he commercially harvested seafood in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay; primarily harvesting crabs and oysters on the Rappahannock River.
During his free time, he enjoys running, playing pickleball, spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and trying new restaurants. Andrew is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys hunting and going out on the Rappahannock River on his boat.
