Kyle Lang is an associate attorney focused on civil litigation, specifically in the areas of medical malpractice and long-term care/nursing home litigation.

Kyle earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he actively engaged his litigation skills as captain of Wake Law’s American Association for Justice Trial Team and competed in several national trial advocacy competitions. Kyle was elected to the Order of Barristers and received the 2023 Robert F. Goldberg Award in Trial Advocacy, an award given to the student showcasing the highest aptitude and ethics in trial advocacy in their graduating class. Kyle was also an active member of Wake Law’s Pro Bono Project. During law school, Kyle completed valuable internships at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina, the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office, and civil litigation firms in Asheville and Raleigh.

A proud native of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Kyle stayed in the Palmetto State to attend the University of South Carolina. Kyle graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a minor in Informatics. In his free time, Kyle enjoys cheering for the Gamecocks and doing yard work.
