The Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys recently announced Frith Anderson + Peake attorneys, Matthew Kelley and Samuel Bernier, as the winners of the 2022 Award for Best Article of the Year as published in the VADA’s Journal of Civil Litigation. Their article “Defending Advanced Practitioners in the Age of Telemedicine and Expanding Autonomy” appeared in the Journal’s Summer 2022 issue.
