Frith Anderson + Peake is pleased to announce that attorney, Sam Bernier, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys as its membership chair.  Sam also serves on the VADA’s Annual Meeting committee. 

Sam concentrates his practice on the defense of health care providers in medical negligence actions and licensing matters. He also works regularly with health care providers and constitutional officers responding to section 1983 civil rights claims. Sam has additional experience defending other complex civil matters.
