After Phil Anderson and Andy Gerrish obtained summary judgment for their attorney client in a legal-malpractice matter pending in Virginia Circuit Court, the plaintiff appealed. The plaintiff/appellant’s petition for appeal asserted that the circuit court erred when it concluded that the facts were undisputed and in applying the law. After considering of the petition and Frith Anderson + Peake’s brief in opposition, the Supreme Court of Virginia refused the petition, finding no reversible error.
