Nate Schnetzler recently spoke at the New River Valley Chapter of Society for Human Resource Management’s 10th Annual Legal Seminar in Christiansburg, Virginia. Nate discussed the importance of rapid, effective responses to allegations of workplace harassment and discrimination and offered insight as to the pros and cons of various types of reporting structures utilized by businesses to respond to harassment complaints.
Nate Schnetzler has successfully defended employers in cases involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Virginia Human Rights Act. He provides counseling to employers on restrictive covenants, policy manuals, employee separations, and compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws.
