Frith Anderson + Peake is pleased to announce that Attorney Nathan Schnetzler has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Grandin Theatre Foundation. The Grandin Theatre Foundation operates the historic Grandin Theatre in Roanoke, Virginia which serves as the historic, geographic and cultural anchor for the Grandin Road Commercial Historic District. Nate joins fellow FA+P attorney, Linda Frith, as a member of the board.
Nate focuses his practice in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, local government and Section 1983 litigation, and professional liability in federal and state court. Prior to his employment at FA+P, Nate clerked for the judges of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit of Virginia in Roanoke, Virginia and then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael F. Urbanski, United States District Judge for the Western District of Virginia.
Linda represents employers in state and federal courts across Virginia and in front of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, Virginia Employment Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
