FA+P partner Matthew Kelley was invited to speak to the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys Medical Malpractice Section during their spring meeting in Charlottesville, Virginia on May 10-11, 2018.  His presentation covered the reasons for doing a blinded expert review in radiology malpractice cases, the benefits of such a review to defendant physicians and to their insurance carriers, as well as strategies for effectively presenting blinded radiology expert reviews at trial.
