Macel Janoschka provided an overview of practicing in the Virginia General District Courts at the March 11, 2021 meeting of the Roanoke Valley Paralegal Association. She updated the association on the anticipated jurisdictional limit increase, provided an overview of the procedures applicable to Virginia General District Courts, and provided practical advice for preparing a matter for trial.

Macel focuses her practice on civil litigation, particularly in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, automobile liability and workers’ compensation.
