FA+P is proud to announce that Macel Janoschka has been named to the 2020 class of Leaders in the Law.  

Leaders in the Law are those “who are setting the standard for other lawyers.” The honor is awarded annually by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. The attorneys recognized are those “who have a significant accomplishment or achievement in the law. These include outstanding contributions to the practice of law in Virginia, significant achievements through the practice of law, leadership in improving the justice system and important contributions to Virginia’s legal community and/or the community at large.”  Twenty-six attorneys were named to the 2020 class.

Macel was recognized for both her legal work and her community and bar association involvement.  She currently serves as the President of the Mill Mountain Theatre Board of Directors and as President Elect of the Roanoke Bar Association. She is also on the faculty of the Virginia State Bar’s Harry L. Carrico Professionalism Course. 

Macel focuses her practice on civil litigation, particularly in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, automobile liability and workers’ compensation.
