Attorney John Johnson was the featured speaker at the Roanoke Valley Paralegal Association’s monthly meeting on February 8, 2018 . His presentation, “Ethical Conundrums Facing Paralegals Today” addressed new challenges facing paralegals such as client communication issues, substance abuse issues in the legal profession, and issues related to the unauthorized practice of law.

John’s practice at Frith Anderson + Peake is focused on the defense of civil actions in state and federal court, and the representation of self-insured employers and local governments in matters before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission.
