FA+P Welcomes New Associate Attorneys

Frith Anderson + Peake welcomes new attorneys William Fussy, Patrick Savage, and Matthew Wyatt.

William Fussy graduated summa cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College and received his law degree cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law. During law school, Will gained experience working for the Washington and Lee University Office of General Counsel. He also worked as a legal extern for a syndicated property/casualty business insurance pool. Will’s practice is focused on general civil litigation in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

Patrick Savage graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He then received his M.B.A. from the University of Louisville, followed by, his J.D. at Washington & Lee. While at Washington & Lee, he clerked for the Honorable Judge W. Chapman Goodwin in the Augusta County Circuit Court in Virginia’s 25th Judicial Circuit. His practice is focused on civil litigation, particularly in the areas of professional liability defense for health care providers and long-term care facilities, as well as general property and casualty insurance coverage.

Matthew Wyatt graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in Government and History, with a minor in Russian language.  He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law. While at Washington and Lee, Matt was a research assistant on a variety of topics including federal privacy law, Virginia civil procedure, and the Uniform Commercial Code. His practice is currently focused on insurance defense, coverage opinions, premises liability and auto liability matters.
