Frith Anderson + Peake welcomes new Associate Nathan Moberley. Nathan graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and a minor in Religious Studies. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from William and Mary Law School. Nathan also served 9 years in the Virginia Air Force National Guard.

Before joining Frith Anderson + Peake, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Stephen R. McCullough on the Supreme Court of Virginia. As a clerk, Nathan gained substantial experience in Virginia appellate procedure and worked on a variety of civil and criminal cases, including in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice, contract and constitutional law
