FA+P Welcomes Katie D. DeCoster

Frith Anderson + Peake is pleased to announce that Katie D. DeCoster has joined the firm. Katie graduated magna cum laude from Roanoke College in 2008 with degrees in political science, criminal justice, and Spanish. In 2011, she received her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law.

Katie began her legal career as a law clerk at Tazewell County Circuit Court to Judge Teresa M. Chafin. Following her clerkship, Katie worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Section of the Office of Attorney General in Abingdon, Virginia where she represented the Commonwealth of Virginia, its agencies, and its employees in a variety of civil litigation matters in administrative, state, and federal courts.
