Frith Anderson + Peake is pleased to welcome Bradley W. Fitzgerald to the firm.  Brad is an experienced general civil litigation attorney.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, general liability and automobile and transportation cases.  He has experience litigating catastrophic injury/accidents, toxic torts and exposures, workplace ergonomics issues and repetitive stress claims, freight claims and cargo loss/damage.  Brad has represented transportation companies, industries, manufacturers, and various businesses, professions and individuals.  Brad has tried cases in state and federal courts in western and central Virginia.

Brad graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.  He has been named to the Best Lawyers in America for a number of years, and is a member of various professional and civic organizations.
