Attorneys Matthew Kelley, Sam Bernier and Nathan Moberley were invited to speak to the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys Medical Malpractice Section during their spring meeting on May 14. Their presentation was titled “When does a lack of informed consent become battery and what do we do when we get there?” and it provided attendees with guidance on successfully defending informed consent and technical battery claims.
