Andy Gerrish has been appointed to the Virginia State Bar Lawyer Insurance Committee. The committee monitors and evaluates the market for lawyer malpractice insurance in Virginia and makes recommendations to the executive committee and council on whether the Virginia State Bar should endorse a particular underwriter of insurance, and  if so, on what terms and conditions.

Andy’s areas of practice include legal-malpractice defense; insurance defense; insurance coverage; premises liability; professional liability; community associations; and architect, engineer, and contractor liability.
