FA+P is proud to announce that Phil Anderson has been named to the 2019 class of Leaders in the Law. Phil is a founding partner of FA+P and has served as managing partner since 2008.

Leaders in the Law are those “who are setting the standard for other lawyers.” The honor is awarded by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. The attorneys recognized are those “who have a significant accomplishment or achievement in the law. These include outstanding contributions to the practice of law in Virginia, significant achievements through the practice of law, leadership in improving the justice system and important contributions to Virginia’s legal community and/or the community at large.”

Phil has a varied civil litigation practice. It is concentrated in the areas of professional liability, general property and casualty, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. He handles complex litigation including personal injury and wrongful death litigation arising from product liability, general liability and automobile and transportation actions, as well as, professional liability, construction defect and insurance coverage litigation. In addition to his trial practice, he regularly advises clients on issues involving questions of insurance coverage.
