Nathan Moberley graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and a minor in Religious Studies. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from William and Mary Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team and a teaching assistant for the first-year, legal writing and practice course.  Nathan also served a nine year enlistment in the Virginia Air Force National Guard before and during law school.

After law school, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Stephen R. McCullough on the Supreme Court of Virginia. As a clerk, Nathan gained substantial experience in Virginia appellate procedure and worked on a variety of civil and criminal cases, including in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice, contract and constitutional law.

At Frith Anderson + Peake, Nathan specializes in appellate law, auto and premises liability, coverage analysis, and medical malpractice defense. Nathan is also a First Lieutenant in the Virginia Air Force National Guard where he serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate for the 192 Wing. In that capacity, he advises on a comprehensive range of command issues such as disciplinary processes, administrative actions, and government ethics.
